BECOME CERTIFIEDWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A Collision Estimator is responsible for identifying damage with the customer and owning the full estimates and repair process. They will provide exceptional customer follow-up and work diligently with insurance companies on each repair file. This position requires a proven track record of high performance, possessing an advanced level of technical knowledge regarding collision repair estimates, and the ability to communicate detailed repair processes to Body Technicians. In some VIVE operating states, an estimator will be required to hold a certification to perform estimates at a state level having passed all necessary courses and tests.
The Customer Care Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. This position is the face of our collision centers and must hold our customers in the highest regard. Empathy, careful listening, and a proactive approach to this position is essential for success.
